Phil is rigth, the dog, beetwen the Jan Bucquoy poster and his "camping cosmos" is the thougthful dedication to the belgium surrealistic movement... a great moment.
(also love a lot the king(?) eye behind the poster as Phil already noticed it!;)

You layer this image to draw the viewer into the theatre of the absurd here, Kal. The bike is perfectly normal, but the dog sitting just behind it, next to a majestic bust peering at us with one eye from behind an advertisement, are anything but normal. The dog looks almost Erwittian in its setting here.
