My little great neice was given this present by my grandson and as she held them out to show me I just snapped this off. It is really a pleasant accident.
Christian and the Photo Shoot
This was not a good day to get a headshot photo of a two year old. It had been raining for a week and we all had cabin fever. While in Oregon one week is nothing, in Southern California it just doesn't happen...wellllllllll almost never happens. We did get some shots (especially my daughter) but I do love this one.
Oh My, how disgusting there is a fly having a snack off of my day planner out by the pool. Oh well, just can't miss these photo opts. It was nice that the orange floaties had been thrown upon the table by my grandson.
Madi and the Hats
This is very similar to a technique I used to love called Hand Coloring. It is a lot less messy digitally but a little of the fun is lost. It was done with somewhat transparent oil paints and I used to put it on with a very light hand and a cottonball or q-tip. Some times I would remove and do over many, many times. Soooooo much easier in PhotoshopCS4
This man was very intriguing to me. He asked a question of the docent and I couldn't help snap this off. I didn't want to be noticed and I was too shy to ask him to pose. It turned out to be pleasant. More time and effort could have been better but I still love the shot.
