Not a super photo but I was so excited to see this bright colorful birds back at the feeders. They are never here very long, maybe just passing through on their way somewhere else so I am always delighted when I see them.
Momma bird keeps a close eye on us, as we keep a close eye on her's and her babies progress. Two humans and two dogs infringing on your privacy three or four times a day is just a little too much. She does seem to be getting used to us though. They have been putting up with me for about 14 years now. Boy, do I need a longer, faster lens!!!
This is a little plant that I grew because I left my Yam in the cupboard to long. I cut the tip off and put it into water for a while and then transferred it into a small pot. What a surprise today when I found this beautiful little flower. I had never seen a Yam flower. Great quick project for a kid to get to see something grow and flower.
My one surviving vine is looking really nice this Spring. I managed to kill the other two years ago. My thumb is not soooo green, but this one is a granddaddy of a plant with a very large strong base and it produces beautiful champagne grapes year after year.
A colorful assortment of makeup brushes for the actors and actresses to use. Very colorful. "Break a Leg" you wonderful talented people.
My little Mooshie got us a great job and it was fun too. We got to take photo's of some great talented children and adults actors and actresses in the Disney play, Aladdin. Working with Broadway Starz was a delight and working with my daughter is always great.
I had to stop and take a photo of this crazy little building. I was on my way home from having my taxes done and just couldn't resist. A little garish and yet some how charming at the same time. It was a cloudy rainy day with this little ray of sunshine.
These two have a competition every morning to see who can vacuum up the most peanuts. I am not really sure who is the winner. We try to make sure everyone gets their fill. Sometimes it is not so easy.
This little guy has been my constant companion since I was three months old. I received him for Easter. When I was a young child, my brother Randy and I were fighting over him and his ear got ripped off. It has been off for soooo many years that he doesn't even look right with it on.
All of the Above Bakery in Temecula baked this new cookie that is heavenly. It is an almond gluten free cookie that has the taste of Marzipan. As I said, DELICIOUS!!!
Little Lizzy in front of her poem on the many people she loves and why. Her last line is "Love is Wonderful1". Yes it is little Lizzy and you are definitely very loved.
Papa has been going to take Liz looking for dinosaur bones for awhile now. Many things came up to set back their hunt. They finally got out and look what Liz found. A piece of "Gigantisorus Brontosaurus". Eeeek. How's that for a name? Liz is on the phone to Uncle Bryan who was on a similar hunt with Papa about 2o years ago. (Oooops a correction 24 years, boy are you getting old Papa and Bryan). Waiting for the next generation! What an incredible Dinosaur Bone Hunter you are Papa.
