Outside Tarangire National Park we stopped at a Maasai Women's Cooperative where they gave us demonstrations of bead jewelry making and basket weaving. The Maasai women are the prime builders of the village huts, and showed us how they coat the boma (hut) with a mixture of cow dung and mud. While participating in the other demonstrations, none of our group seemed inclined to participate in this one :)
