We took a J24 from the Kappas Marina in Sausalito and crossed the Bay direction
Oakland Inner Harbor, also called "The Estuary." As we were heading back the
wind became very strong and our sail turned into a somewhat memorable Wild
Ride Adventure...
The images from Oakland Estuary have preserved the layout of old docks around Jack London Square and Scotts Restaurant, which were recently replaced by a new, much larger marina. |
