My first adventure was a round the world trip in 1998-99. I just had a point and shoot camera - a Pentax Espio - and took over seventy rolls of film. I was pleased with the results, one I got home, and from then on started taking my photography a bit more seriously. I enlarged many of the pictures here and stuck them on my bedroom wall, so that they were the first and last thing I saw each day. That helpled me to keep focused, and save my pennies to go off and do it all again...and again...

The rest, as they say, is history!
