Bonnet Carre' Spillway

Me and the General.
Three star General Van Antwerp toured the Bonnet Carre' Spillway today.
The River is still at the same level as it was on April 11, 2008.
Unlike some of the operations of the Corps, the Bonnet Carre' Spillway is well maintained and functions as it should.
This commander appeared to have no people skills and very little compassion for the people whom the Corps has affected by their destruction of property or lack of building proper levees.
