New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival

New Orleans Fairgrounds

Lots of sunshine and heat, lots of food and enough music to satisy everyone's soul.
This group is known as the West Bank Steppers, they followed a jazz band in a parade into the festival grounds. There is lots of competition among these groups.
Me and 90,000 people were there. Bon Jovi was playing and I did not know.

Nice work! Are they Indian pledges? And, if it has feathers....you can make a masterpiece!
