The art of dancing of the Middle East, and particularly in Egypt, is spreading like a fire in dry woods in Japan, I would have never imagined that the "Tanoura Dance", the very typical Egyptian folkloric dance, that is usually performed by men accompanied by the rythem of easteren drums, would be performed by Japanese artisits in Tokyo with such talent and authenticity ( the movements of the dance are inspired by those of the whirling Darvishes, and was given the Egyptian taste, colours and cultural style, usually preformed by a whirling men wearing traditional "Galabeyah" and layers of colourful skirts )
