This winter Mark and I joined a group going to Telluride for a long weekend of skiing, and I managed to squeeze in a few photo opportunities on this trip. The first two days were overcast and snowy, so I didn't bother taking my camera up the mountain, but on the third day the sun was out on a crisp clear beautiful day, bringing me the kind of high-contrast light I had hoped for.
