This plaque was given to me by Peter and Nell when I was forced to retire from the brigade through ill health.
It was made by a fireman friend of Peter's and represents the three cap badges that the brigade used during my term of duty:
Herts Fire Brigade, Hertfordshire Fire Brigade and Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service.
