Old Father Time

I understand that this is a replica of the weather vane that is at Lord's Cricket Ground in London.
This one is just down the hill from Peter and Helen’s new home in Flitwick.
I espied it as we were returning from having had lunch at the pub.
We then had to unload the lorry and move them in.
The house had been left FILTHY so to start with we had to do a great deal of cleaning, including FLUSHING THE TOILET.
(I’m getting angry again……so….will….calm….down…)
I am pleased to say that we left the old house as we would have wished to find it.

Lovely shot! I could never understandthe mentality of those people who leave their houses in such a state for the new owners.

I really like this one Chris, interesting subject, well framed and your B&W works pretty well here.

Leaving an unflushed toilet is harsh ... great weather vane!
