Each December 25th reenactors recreate George Washington's crossing of the Delaware River.
This event occurred on December 25, 1776 and was a turning point in the American Revolutionary War.
Pictured is a boat load of soldiers landing on the New Jersey side of the river during a practice session held earlier in December.
