Best Time on the Bike: When my friend Sonja and I are out on our own (that might change in a couple of weeks, because a couple of guyz at our school who haven't ridden a bike much in years challenged Sonja and I to a competetive ride, and the outcome is wonderfully predictable)

Worst Time on the Bike: my first time on the Sea Otter Course also happened to be Torture Teresa Day with BIG snakes around EVERY corner and crash after crash (new clipless pedals)...I almost made it up Hurl Hill though!!

My Motto: 10 minute food breaks should be mandatory on every ride
