Best Time on the Bike: Anytime after winning a race or doing well. This year was my first year that I did a few DH races and a Super D. I won my first Super D the adrenalin rush after racing downhill for 25 minutes (and not crashing) was pretty cool.

Worst Time on the Bike: My first expert race which it had rained for 2 weeks before the race. The trails were wet clay, I could hardly ride. I must have crashed 20 times before I finished. The only other female racer was Ann Grande, so I finish 20 or so minutes behind her. You could say it was a humbling experience.

Favorite Ride: All the trails at Mt. Spokane when I can ride with my husband and dogs.

Post-Ride Food: Peanut butter oatmeal bars
