Best Time on the bike: Hard to pick one - sheparding the 100 Mile Ride for Missing Children, hanging on in any group ride with my husband and local cyclists, riding with my daughter
Worst Time on the Bike: when I hit a dog that ran out in front of me - broke my clavicle, ribs, collarbone and the fork on my Trek
My Motto: mostly it's "just one step (turn of the pedal, hill, etc.) at a time"
Favorite Post-Ride Food: on a hot day - plain yogurt with fresh fruit; on a cold day - hot chicken/vegetable soup
