Resume: I'm definitely a "newbie" to racing, so have just been in three road races in 2003 -- Pine Flat, Orosi, and Livermoore. No podium finishes yet, but I did get a t-shirt for 6th at Orosi (out of a whopping field of 10, mind you!)...!

My Bikes: Custom frame, built by Erik Tewes in Fresno -- it's called Flow.

How I Support My Bike Habit: Assistant Professor at CSU, Fresno (Child and Family Sciences). I simply don't know how real people survive without a summer break each year...

Best Time on the Bike: Hearing my friend (to go unnamed here) "scream like a girl" on a training ride up to Shaver Lake. There's nothing like a good belly laugh while training...

Worst Time on the Bike: Descending a pass into Ouray, Colorado, in the freezing,pouring rain, past two mudslides...once I hit Ouray, I realized it'd been kind of fun...

Favorite Post Ride Food: Always changing, but currently, a Gourmet Veggie Club on wheat at Jimmy John's, and Baked Lays, of course.

Favorite Web Site: Not a big surfer, but during the TdF, can't get enough of Graham Watson's, Lance Armstrong's, and Tyler Hamilton's sites.
