Bikes I Ride: MTB: 2008 Kona Lisa HT. Track: 2007 Specialized Langster. I currently have no road bike (boo hoo hoo - it was totaled when I was hit by an SUV!) but I am shopping for a new one.

Other Bikes: An old Giant OCR1 that I use on the trainer.

Best Time on the Bike: climbing Caesar's Head on my 40th birthday (12 April 2006).

Worst Time on the Bike: Crashing my husband's tri bike. We were out for a ride together, and he convinced me to switch bikes with him so I could try his tri bike. I was in aero bars for the first time in my life, and I over-corrected & lost it. He was following me on my road bike and when I crashed, he rolled right over me before he realized I was down. Talk about adding insult to injury, who else could be run-over by her own husband AND her own bike?

Favorite Post-Ride Food: a spinach cheese quesadilla, and plenty of water.
