Résumé: Haven’t got one yet really! I did the Sentinel Triathlon in 2004...decided that open water swimming and I were never going to be friends and shifted my focus solely to the bike.

How I support my Bike Habit: I am the director of legal affairs for a medical device company – we make products to treat common diseases in newborns.

Best Time on the Bike: Any time Bella and I can get out on the road is all good!

Worst Time on the Bike: My one and only mountain bike ride...back tire hit a rut and the next thing I knew I was kissing a rather large boulder. The boy says I entered an elite group that day – breaking a bone (in my wrist) the first time out on a mountain bike...
