My Bikes: Road: Kestrel 200sci; triathlon/time trial: Cervelo P2K; mountain: '97 Fisher HooKooEKoo (yes, it is steel). Lusting after a Steelman cyclo-cross bike, but that is a slippery slope.

How I support my Bike Habit: Independent school worker bee; editor of Slowtwitch.com and the TriBiz Reader; freelance editing and writing.

Best Time on the Bike: Anytime laughter is involved--frequently, laughter at myself! (I'm also really happy if I can suffer well; funny how that works.)

Worst Time on the Bike: Don't remember it thanks to the concussion. (Very convenient.) Brian Head, Utah, 1998. Too bad there were no witnesses, I think it must've been spectacular!
