Grab Bag: Well what can I say... Velo Bella is the best!! And oh ya having Shelly race my cross bike in the women's elite race at cross nationals was really cool too!

I've always wanted to cycle but I don't know about the spandex shorts are they really tight? or are they relaxing to wear?
