Scott, I have to say that your stunning photos were one of the deciding factors in my getting a Digilux2. Now that I've laid that on you!.... it arrived the other day and while I'm very pleased there are a few items that I would like to ask you about. I can tell from this marvelous photo (love the other night scene in Vegas) and your photos of historic planes that you have been able to overcome or work with the Leica's bad auto WB, at least I would have to guess that from the overall color "purity" of your mixed light photos. My previous digital was a Sony and it seemed to have zero problem with any light source. I currently take a lot of photos of food in restaurants - very documentary kinds of things, no flash and lots of steadying tricks. Any suggestions for dealing with the full mix of light sources?
Many thx for your photos! If you are a contributor anywhere as far as explaining your digital workflow I'd love to know where so I can read up.
