| Here is a picture of Typhoon Kit, in August of 1985. We are 35 miles south of Cheju Island, off the southern coast of Korea. This storm is pretty far north, and heading toward its death in the cooler temperatures of the Yellow Sea, between Korea and mainland China. You can still see the classic cyclone cloud formation in the center of the picture. Stay tuned, I'll show you more pictures of Typhoon Kit a little later. |
