Boundary Waters Canoe Area (BWCA)

This canoe trip was perfect. It was late in the fall, but we had 70 degree weather with light winds and sunshine the entire trip. We had a moose on the same small island that we camped, heard a pack of wolves take down a kill (scariest noises I have EVER heard), and even managed to land some tastey fish for a couple shore lunches.
