Wonderful details here...the bandaged toe,the worn ballet shoe,the signatures on the mat,the peeling of the wood floor. I love them all.

Fantastic....My best friend is a ballerina and I could always see how cruel are the backstages of this innocent performance.... And this picture describes it perfectly...Truly an image for 1000 words....

the foot in reference to the shoe.. they are partners, both sweat and strain, both are pushed to the limits.. but the result is joy.

This is a great symbolic shot. It makes us think about all the pain and hard work that we often forget when looking at a dance performance. Strong human values in this one, plus I love the way you've composed it.
