A good friend, who is a huge wine fan, has been treating many of us with his knowledge and passion for quite some time. After a couple of years of requests, he put together a Wine Basics 101 class for a bunch of us back in September. We learned the basics of what to look for when tasting wines.

Today, the WineShark had his WineShark 202 class. We learned about pairing different wines and foods. This is the blackened mahi which paired superbly with a Schloss Vollrads Riesling.
