At the end of 2012, we took a 7-day Western Caribbean cruise with Bob Floyd and his family. First we drove to Galveston, Texas where the ship, the Disney Magic, sailed from. We spent two days at sea sailing to Georgetown, Grand Cayman where we snorkeled and swam with the stingrays. Dolphins paced along side the ship briefly and I managed to grab a shot over the side of our verandah. The next day we went to Costa Maya and the Chacchoben Mayan ruins. The following day we docked in Cozumel, Mexico, but took the water ferry to Playa del Carmen where we went through the Rio Secreto (Secret River) caverns and underground river. Then we had one final day at sea as we returned to Galveston.
Because many of our activities were water-based, I don't have many photos. The Rio Secreto does not allow cameras at all for the safety of guests and the natural cavern while caving (and so they can charge for a CD of their photos). Anyway, here are the photos I did manage to take.
