I met Steve and Sasha in Alaska in late August 2010. I must admit Sasha was the one with the personality. Had my daughters Bridget and Katie with me as we explored one of Alaska's Marsh preserves. Quite a dog and quite a guy. We came shortly after they lost their mom. So glad we could share the wonder of Alaska and its immense beauty with Steve and Sasha. We only get so many truly memorable moments in life and they really should be appreciated. We were fortunate enough to not only share one of those with our friends from New Jersey but take back a family picture Steve took of the 3 of us. Happy birthday Sasha.
