Fast Flyer

Detroit, Michigan

These planes fly over 250 miles per hour and are quite a challenge to photograph.
It is amazing how low and close they fly to buildings surrounding the Detroit river.
At times they were so close it was difficult to fit them into the frame at 400mm.

A friend told me to look at this shot. As a photographer I know how hard this must have been to get. You've done a fantastic job on this. Even I am really amazed at how well it turned out. I'm definitely going to enjoy looking at more of your work now. I don't need to tell you that you have talent!

Outstanding capture, Sayer. You didn't even need an IS lens to get this great shot. Vote
