Thanks for the nice profile of your quaint town. I drive through there often as I travel from Eureka Springs into Little Rock and back. Many times I wanted to stop at the consignment/used store on the corner and finally did that last month.

My great grandfather Hugh S. Bunch owned the Bunch store. It was opened by Joel N. and John A. Bunch in 1880 and stayed in the family the entire time. I'm glad these pictures are on here, the last time i was able to visit I was very young. Thank You.

If anyone knew Hugh or relatives it would be cool to here some of the history.

I enjoyed seeing these pictures. I have a greatgrandfather burried there and other family living there, had hoped to be able to visit Kingston but time and health haven`t permitted. I live in Gadsden, Al. This was sent to me by a relative who visited there.

Was really nice seeing some of the old place. You have done a really good job, once I started couldn't stop til I looked thru all of your pics. It's hard to find anything in here on Kingston, I have family there, even noticed some of there vehicles.

I enjoyed your photo gallery. I am a "Bowen" and my family has been in Kingston since the mid-1800's. I am currently in the military and staioned in Florida, but I am looking forward to visiting soon.

I am from Savannah GA but lived in Kingston for 6 months in 2000. I fell in love with the town and people instantly. There is no other place like it in the world. Life goes by a little slower there. I miss it. Glad to see the town again, even if it is from my computer.

We live in Florida and we've seen the pictures and we loved them. We visit Kingston often and we go to campmeeting up there at Brashaw Moutain Holiness Church. We are planning to be up there in June 2003 for campmeeting. If you would be able to please put some pictures of the church and the new Tabernacle so our friends here in Florida would be able to see them. We really enjoyed it up there and all the folks are very nice and we love the town of Kingston because it is so layedback and it is much different then Florida where it is much more fast paced.

I grew up in Kingston. It was great to see pictures of Bunch's Store and the Bank. It brought back lots of memoories. Thanks for the memories.
