Anna shares step by step an easy way to entertain friends and family for the holidays. The menu included: tropical wassail bowl; chilled poached shrimp with remoulade dipping sauce; spicy cocktail sauce; skewered cheese tortellini with parmesan/lemon sauce; caramelized onion and wild mushroom torte; and roasted bell pepper and roasted garlic cream cheese bruchetta with multiple easy-to-do toppings. Her series of classes "Cooking With Anna" are held at her lovely home, Villa Laguna of San Juan del Sur.
