Finally Spring has arrived in Georgia! These were shot on March 8, 2004 on a beautiful but windy Monday morning at Callaway Gardens. For the lone bird shot, the EF 75-300mm f 4-5.6 IS plus Tamron 1.4 TC was used. All macros were taken using ambient lighting and the EF 100mm f2.8 macro. The last three images were taken using the EF 28-135mm f4-5.6 IS. All images were shot RAW using PS CS RAW converter, processed in 16 bit TIFF, and various sharpening routines were employed. The frames were added using Fred Miranda's frame pluggin for PS. Comments, suggestions and critiques are welcome and appreciated.
