Don't read on if you're sensitive. Just off the beach from this mansion is a small island that has a narrow entry way into the center, where there is a rocky ledge. It is said that Noriega would chain his enemies there at low tide and stand on his patio and listen to them screaming, as the tide rose to drown them. I dunno, but do you think they'll want him back?
