I found a print of this 'family classic' in one of my files.
Here is my brother Joe, and dad, along with our ride back in
the day, our "ghetto blaster" the Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme.
white-wall tires, missing hub-cap, and all!

Despite its scars, I was amazed how sweet the print still looks.
I took this shot with a Minolta X-700, and 50mm f/1.7 MD lens,
my main kit for years. I look back at the prints, and still marvel
at the spot-on metering of the X-700, and the fine Minolta optics.
Ah, those were the days.
