These images were taken during our holiday in August 2007.

Bali, also called the island of Gods or the island of 10000 temples. We liked it a lot: beautiful sites, extremely friendly people, good food, a lot of new things to see and experience...

Unfortunately we were both ill for the last 5 days of our holiday, which we originally planned to go around the island and shoot some photos. I thought we had a perfect plan, first week relax on the beach and second go around, but it has come everything different, since we both ended up in bed with fever.

We stayed in Resor Seminyak, on Legian beach, really nice place, I can recommend it. We went to the north to Lovina beach, then to Lake Bratan. We were one day at Ubud (artists place), went also to Mengwi, to the monkey forest. We spent most of the time in the region around Legian and Kuta.
