Xinhui 新會, Guangdong 廣東 - China (16) April 2009

• Xinhui has great food and is famous for the dried "gor pei" or citrus skins. Xinhui's fruits and vegetables are also very tasty.
• Xinhui's 1600 year history of producing Palm Fans with burned/branded designs and are more worthy of being displayed as art!
• Lee Kam Kee is the famous manufacturer of many types of sauces used for Chinese cuisine. Those vats for making the soy base are huge and the processes are under computerized control.
• Many thanks to our hosts Rose and Sheng; we had great food along with wonderful sight seeing.

thanks for sharing your photos of Xinhui. I was there in 1986 by myself. The town sure has changed.
