There are images of the real locals who travel via the TSRR and sleep 4 to a cabin. There is no food car on this train and locals have to make a mad dash for the vendors and stock up on drinks and food. The vendors stand next to their wares and know when a train is due to arrive. It's a mob scene that lasts about 15 minutes before the train departs for the next station.
