I have no love for any circuits that have steel netting between the cars and the spectators. Yes it may be safer, but so is watching the event on TV. Actually is a better experience as the cameras have an unrestricted view of the cars. So, no connection.

I have posted 2 images only just to show how dismal the whole affair is, even though these were not the V8 Supercar category, but will post some of the sideshow events that were far more interesting. The cars are normally pretty exciting to watch but not today. Nuff said.

Actually the F1 GP is the same. I ended up watching the event on the big screen in the centre of the circuit. Same syndrome.
