I irrationally love all my cameras. there are some plusses and minusses with the true slr stuff of the digilux 3, altho it still offers "live view", which not many slr's do. although if you "paint with light", the 2 is simpler to operate. the true optical viewfinder is a big plus to many, and yes I like it. the 3's images definitely have less noise, a little more bokeh, and possibly a little more depth and character than the 2's.
I see you and I have a couple of cameras in common - the Digilux 2 and the Tvs digital. I'm curious as to how you like the new Digilux 3 and how you think it compares to the Digilux 2? If you have time please let me know.
