Cancer Strikes at 46

On February 27th, 2009 i had a suspicious mole removed. On march 10th i got the word "malignant melanoma"!!!
UPDATE 3/30: The biopsy was clean, I now have to have biopsies taken of my lymph nodes on April 29th.
UPDATE 4/29: I had 2 lymph nodes taken from my armpit and 3 moles taken off my back.
UPDATE 5/6: Three scars and a lot of pain later I'M CANCER FREE, Praise The Lord!!!
Although i'm cancer free I'm suffering from a lot of post surgery complications, please
keep me in your prayers. My armpit filled up with fluid and they drained about a quart
out of it on 5/13. They put in a penrose drain.
UPDATE 8/1: All healed up!!!

On a side note: I lost my vision in march, the doctor checked my blood sugar and it was 460.
I had no idea i was a diabetic. With the help of a pill a day and learning how to eat right,
my eyesight has come back plus some, and my blood sugar is back under 100.
UPDATE: April 29, 2012 - Its been over a year since i've taken any medication for diabetes. Praise The Lord again!!!!

Oh dear Lord!!! Thank God above you survived this. Blood sugar of 460....holy! It's no wonder you weren't in a coma!! God must surely have plans for you because he continues to heal your body! Praise our Mighty Lord and Savior!

Hang in there. I've got a good friend in his forties who had a kidney and a brain tumor removed, but he's been cancer free and back at work for going on two years. Best of luck.
