Veterans Day

Washington, DC

"I have seen war. I have seen war on land and sea. I have seen blood running from the wounded . . . I have seen the dead in the mud. I have seen cities destroyed . . . I have seen children starving. I have seen the agony of mothers and wives. I hate war." -FDR

I say ... We honor our military heroes, yet most people killed during wartime are innocent civilians.

And those who have not been to war, or have never experienced war should sit quietly, respectfully, and listen to those who have.
Wisdom is earned by people like you Robin and other war vets. Let us all remember to listen and hear those who know... first hand, for they have the true message.
