May 9: Let Me Tell You What Happened!

As I mentioned earlier in the day, I am devoting this week to straight photography without any excessive Photoshop manipulation.

I had lunch (and an afternoon meeting out at SDSU) with this erstwhile pair. Michele and Tom are my closest friends and both are long time colleagues. Here Michele is explaining why she was a bit late for lunch; how she had trouble crossing the border (she lives in Mexico).

Tom as you can see is thinking of other things.

The meeting went quite well. ;-)

This is what Tom is hearing: "blah blah blah blah blah blah....." Ah, conversation is a lost art in this world. No one really hears anything that other people say. I wonder whether we really expect people to listen to us.
