April 7A: Homage to the Government - Its Tax time.

Borrego Springs, CA

All right, I’ll admit it. This is from Borrego Springs last week. I’m spending the day doing my 2004 taxes, and it seemed quite appropriate to show where my money is going: Uncle Sam, and the “Governator.”

Picture-wise I do like the colorful banners set against the desert hillside. What do you think?

Hope you got your taxes done... ! got mine done a few weeks ago, now just waiting for the IRS to take the money on the 15th! I like the flags too!

Picture-wise I too like the banners against the hillside. I just don't appreciate the tax time reminder!

I agree, I like the colors next to teh earth tone hill side. Taxes were done in February. "TurboTax" nothing like it.

You guys definitely do have a colorful flag - nice way to set it off. I'm doing taxes shortly - I just have to procrastinate! It's my way of making a statement. Of what, the jury is still out.
