Eros and Thanatos. Cosmos is still so fresh and blooming and kind of flouncy right before the grave portent. This is a very dramatic composition, with so much action on the right including the stalwart stock, boldly contradicted by the vagueness on the left, but not entirely vague. One sees another finished soul.
