(Pasta al Sugo di Rape Rosse, Salsiccia e Gorgonzola)

I made changes compared to the recipe:
1. Used chorizo sausage instead of Italian.
2. Used fresh rather than canned beets. Roast about 45 minutes at 400 wrapped in foil. Test with toothpick for doneness. Peel before dicing, of course.
