On December 11th and 12th of 2008 (Thur and Fri), a severe blow from Mother Nature struck the the area of southern New Hampshire.
The destruction was wide spread and severe. Perfectly healthy trees were delimbed, decrowned, and uprooted or split in two.
All species were attacked; Maples, Oakes, Birches, Spruce, Pine and others. None escaped the rath of ice up to 2 inches thick.

All utilities were down for everyone, up to a week and for some the ordeal lasted for 3 weeks.
