The past two weeks I have had the pleasure of meeting up with Ken Smith https://pbase.com/kras and his wife Angela. Ken is a very good Pbase friend of mine,and we have hit it off on several levels. He is of norwegian ancestry,his mother is from Norway and still lives here.We finally met in person after some ten years on Pbase. My wife Eva and Kens wife Angie also took part in this meeting,and we`ve had several brilliant trips,events and photowalks in the Bergen area. The following are pictures from Bergen,midsummer celebration in Bergen and from an epic "Norway in a nutshell" car trip together with them. The two first days we also enjoyed the company of Royke Bouter,a friend of the Smith`s from Wales,now living in Holland. It is a very rare thing to meet people online that you really enjoy spending time with,and our "analog" friendship is something that I am very sure will evolve.These are some of my impressions from a brilliant two weeks! :-)
