In 2006 our clothes dryer was running very hot. After clearing the vent hose the dryer was still hot. That meant the vent pipe to the roof must be clogged. My wounded left hand was much improved, but not yet strong enough to grip a ladder and climb. So I used a plumber's snake (auger) to clear the pipe from below. Judging from the lint that broke free on the roof when we turned on the dryer I think it work. Anyway, the dryer stopped running hot for about two years. Was subject of my PaD May 23, 2006
