This gallery of images contain close-ups of the insects and spiders that are indigenous to Louisiana. These are the creatures that go mostly unseen through our gardens, lawns and surrounding wilderness areas. Many hours of my time has been spent on locating these subjects. Every attempt has been made to capture these animals in their natural environment. On occasion, because of environmental conditions, I will relocate the subject to a more suitable location for photography. I have attempted to capture them in good light and color for the enjoyment of you, the viewer. I hope you enjoy viewing these gifts of nature as I have captured them.
