Hi, Is this the whole frame,or just a cropped part? Thanks.

Hello Gus,
The settings were 1/200th second @ f/8 with a 300mm f/4 lens.
My friend shoots with a 20d and uses the Canon 300mm f/4 "L" lens.
The 300mm is a great lens for close-up photogaphy but you will need a set of Kenko Extension tubes to reduce the minimum focus for close-up work.

Good god man!! You just don't stop, do you ;-?) Beautiful. Curious as to settings and would like to know the equivalent lens for a Cannon 20D. Any ideas? TIA - g
